Newsletter 22 March 2012

Year 2 Football Tournament – On Wednesday we took part in a Year 2 football tournament at the Oratory Prep. School.

It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm from the team before the tournament, and this continued onto the pitch. All the children gave 100% and played very well. Finishing second in their group, they then went on to play a quarter-final game, unfortunately losing that by 2 goals. It was a great all round performance. Well done to Michael Slingo, Samuel Butler-James, Will Temple, Joseph Palmer, Alfie Proctor, Robin Lewis and Christopher Lobb.

Class Assemblies – Willow class assembly will be held next Tuesday 27th March at 9am and Maple class assembly will be held on Wednesday 28th March at 9am. Everyone welcome.

School Dinners – Please note that next Tuesday, 27th March, there will be a special school dinner for Easter. This will be Chicken or Vegetable Nuggets, chips, carrots and peas followed by Chocolate Nests.
