You will find the booking system for Breakfast Club in the Accounts section on ParentMail – where you also order lunches. Here, you will now find an option labelled as Breakfast Club. Bookings will close four days prior to the date you are booking, for example, to book for Monday, you will need to have booked by Thursday, to book for Tuesday you will need to book by Friday of the week before, and so on. If you miss this deadline – please email the office who will let you know if spaces are available on the days you require. Please do not just turn up – we may be not have the staffing ratio required.

Breakfast Club is from 7.15 – 8.30. Please note breakfast is only served up until 7.50am. The session is charged at £8.75 and includes your child given the choice at 8.00am of either Chill Club or Kick-Off Clubs as appropriate.

Breakfast Club Payments:

Payment will be required at the time of booking, unless you have informed us that you are using Childcare Vouchers. If you are using Childcare Vouchers, please checkout using the “Pay Later” option. This will send your account into debt. You need to make your application through your voucher provider, we will then receive payment from them and your account will be adjusted accordingly.

Booking from 8.00am for Chill Club or other Busy Bees Clubs:

There is no need to book a club from 8.00am if your child is already in Breakfast Club. They will be given this opportunity to go through to the various early morning clubs on offer that day. Chill Club is from 8.00am and will be booked through the usual Busy Bees Club booking system, in the school shop. Unfortunately, Childcare Vouchers cannot be used for school clubs from 8.00am..
