Aladdin Pantomime Trip - 23rd Nov 2011

A REMINDER TO ALL OAK CLASSPARENTS AND CARERS : The trip is going to take place on Wednesday 14th December 2011 first thing in the morning.

 

The children will need to be in school at 8:50am ready to leave school at 9:00am. The trip will last all morning. However we may not be back in time for lunch so could you please ensure your child has a suitable pack lunch, snack and drink. The children will need to wear their school uniforms and comfortable footwear. 

 

Please inform us if your child has asthma or any allergies and ensure your child has their inhaler or medication on the day. There will be a voluntary contribution of £8.50 per child to go on the trip to Aladdin the pantomime. Could you please pay by cash or by cheque payable to  Oxfordshire County Council.

 

Kindly complete the consent form and place the £8.50 inside a named envelope. Please return it by Friday 9th December 2011.
