Year 6 SATs – the children in Willow class will be sitting their SATs each day during next week (Monday 12th May to Friday 15th May). They will be taking place in the school hall, the Year 6 classroom and Cedar Chalet each morning and in Spruce Chalet on Friday afternoon.

Music Lessons – as a result of SAT’s week, the Music For School’s Teacher has informed us that there will be no Tuition on Thursday next week (15th May). Lessons resume as normal the following week. Piano and guitar lessons are unaffected.

Emergency Fire Procedure – if you are in the playground or within the school grounds with or without your children when the school fire alarm sounds, please ensure you congregate in the school playground. Do not re-enter the building. Please do not take children off site until we are sure the building is clear and which children remain.

Office post box – many parents are unaware that the office has a post box. It is situated to the left of the office window in the corner. If you have any correspondence, dinner monies or trip permissions etc please feel free to put them through the post box during office hours, remembering to put any money in a well sealed envelope. This may save you waiting in a queue outside the office.

Sports Camp – last week your child should have received information about The Elms Multi-Sports Camp at Woodcote Primary School taking place during the Half Term week. If your child is interested please book places via their

website or phone 020 8954 8787.

Sainsburys Active Kids Vouchers – we are still collecting these vouchers which will be available from Sainsbury’s until 20th May. The last date for school orders is in July so please bring in your vouchers by the end of June so that we can count them and place an order for free resources in good time. Thank you for all that we have received so far.
