Warwick Castle Trip- The whole school enjoyed a great day out at Warwick Castle this week. It was great to see each class enjoy, what is a fantastic castle, and share in their learning of medieval life. Thank you to all parents for cooperating with the drop off times, and helping ensure minimal traffic congestion.

Team Trophy– Well done Eagles, who won the team point trophy two weeks ago and Hawks who won last week.

Half-term Holiday– School closed Monday 24th to Friday 28th October for half term. School starts again on Monday 31st October. I hope you all enjoy this break form school.

School clothing–  Now that the weather has turned colder please make sure your child has a coat with them everyday and that it is marked with their name so that it can be returned to them if found. This also applies to their school uniform. We have a

marker pen in the school office and will name them for you if you do not have one at home.

Year 6 Secondary School Applications– If you have not yet applied for your child's place at Secondary School this must be done by 31st October. This can be done online at www.oxfordhsire.gov.uk/admissions or by completing a paper form which is available in the school office.

Knitting Club– Mrs Bodeker will be running a knitting club at lunchtimes after half term for Year 3-6 children. If your child is interested they should give their name to Mrs Bodeker or to the school office.

Family Photos– On Wednesday 9th November Cabin have their annual photos, with Darmanin studios. If you missed our school photos this term or you would like a family group ready for Christmas, then please call Cabin on 680854 for them to book a slot for you after school.
