Dear Parents,
Botanic Gardens Trip – Wednesday 12th March 2014
This term the children are learning about ‘Growing Plant’s. I thought it would be fun and inspiring for the children to have a visit to the Botanic Gardens in Oxford, where the children will be able to have a look around the gardens and the conservatories there and participate in a range of activities. The trip is going to take place on Wednesday 12th March first thing in the morning. The trip will last the full school day so all children will need a suitable packed lunch, snack and drink. All children will be back in school ready for home time, however if any children are going to after school club I will need to be informed.
The children need to wear their school uniforms and comfortable, sensible footwear. We will be outdoors so please ensure your child is dressed appropriately.
Please inform me if your child has asthma or any allergies and ensure your child has their inhaler or medication on the day. There will be a voluntary contribution of £3.00 per child to go on the trip to the Botanic Gardens.
Please return it by Friday 7th March 2014.
