Shape Shifters and Seekers - 30th Jan 2016

Beech Class have been learning about the properties of shapes.  We enjoyed going on a shape hunt around the school and making our own 3D shapes using resources in the classroom.  We learned about vertices, faces, edges and how to use these words to describe 3D shapes.
Making our own skeleton shapes using straws was really tricky and we had to think carefully.  If you have any shape problems now – we are the experts!
