Oak Class Long Term Plan

Below you will find a copy of our long term plan for the year. 

Term 1 to 5 are complete with the knowledge and skills we have been and are going to focus on.

Term 6 has the knowledge that we plan to cover but we will finalise this, along with the key texts and skills, before the term begins using our knowledge of the children and what their interests and next steps are.
