Our Newsletter for November has information on: Class Cake Sales, Bags2School, Coffee Shop, School Disco KS2 and Christmas Fayre
Class Cake Sales
The Cake sale before half term raised a fantastic £85.60 so Oak and Hornbeam class will get £42.80 each. We've decided to run the cake sale with 2 classes. Next cake sale will be run by Beech and Ash class and will take place after school on Friday 25th November. Parents will be given plates for the cakes a week beforehand, once again small cakes are best.
Please fill your bags and return them to the school on the morning of the 14th November. if you need extra bags you can use black bin liners.
FOWPS will be hosting the Coffee Shop on the morning of Saturday 19th November. If you are able to bake a cake, or to help on the morning please contact Louise Gordon via email email@example.com or leave your name at the school office.
School Disco KS2
Will take place on Friday 25th November from 6:30-7:30. Entry fee is £3.00 per child or £6.00 per family. Only children from Woodcote Primary School may attend. In order for the disco to go ahead we need parent helpers. If you are able to help please let Tracey Tozer know or leave your name at the school office.
3rd December 2pm-4pm… It's only 4 weeks to go!!!
We still need quite a few helpers for the Fayre. If you can help in any way: setting up on the day, helping run stall or clearing up afterwards please soft viagra leave your name at the school office or email Hilary Warren on firstname.lastname@example.org
Donation boxes will be in classrooms from today. We've had a dress down day in exchange for jars and bottles but we'll also be collecting good quality toys, DVDs and any extra bottles and jars people want to bring in. We will also need cakes, plates will be sent home with all the children a week before ans the cakes can be brought into the school the day before the fayre.
Also we are looking for good raffle prizes or silent auction items, maybe you work for a company that might be able to donate something or if you know anyone who might want to hold a stall, there's a £15.00 charge for those….please let us know.
As you can see from the above we've got a lot going on at the moment so we would really appreciate extra help & support from the parents.
