Coffee shop – FOWPS will be hosting the Coffee Shop on the morning of Saturday 19thNovember. If you are able to bake a cake, or to help on the morning please contact Louise Gordon via email: email@example.com or leave your name in the School Office
Class cake sales – Next cake sale will be run by Beech & Ash class & will take place after school on Friday the 25th November. Once again small cakes are best & no nuts please.
School Discos KS2 Disco – Will take place on Friday the 25th November form 6.30-7.30. Entry fee is £3.00 per child or £6.00 per family. Only children from Woodcote Primary may attend. In order for the disco to go ahead we need parent helpers. If you are able to help please let Tracey Tozer know or leave your name at the school office.
Christmas Fayre – 3rd December 2pm-4.30pm It’s only 2 weeks to go!!!
We still need quite a few helpers for the Fayre. If you can help in any way: setting up on the day, helping run a stall or clearing up afterwards please leave your name at the school office or email Hilary Warren on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Donation are in the classrooms. We are now collecting good quality toys & DVDs any extra bottles & jars people want to bring in. We will also need cakes, plates will be sent home with all the children a week before & cakes can be brought into the school the day before the fayre.
We are going to have a number of external stalls at the Christmas Fayre, these will include:

· Nirvana Spa
· Sian Rasmussen's Jams & Chutneys
· Usborne Books
· Jamie at Home (kitchenware)
· Forever Living Products (Aloe vera products)
· Phoenix cards
· Jewellery (earrings, bracelets & necklaces made with handmade beads)
A great opportunity to get some Christmas shopping done!!!
Sock Appeal – We need children’s socks for a game stall we are running at the Fayre. Maybe you have some that have lost their partner in the wash…any socks will be gratefully received. Please place them in the donation boxes in the classrooms.
