HELP – Our World Cup Carnival Fair on Saturday 28^th June is fast approaching!

We still need:

• Volunteers:  If you are able to spare a couple of hours on the day, then please let a member of FOWPS know
• Prizes: We are looking for suitable raffle prizes. If you are able to donate a prize then please let a member of FOWPS know or email fowps@woodcote-primary.co.uk.
• Cakes: We will be asking for cakes, decorated in a football or carnival theme to be brought to school on the 27th.

Fancy Dress: On the day there will be a children’s fancy dress competition (also football/carnival themed) with prizes being awarded to KS1 and KS2 children…so get your thinking caps on!

Quiz Night – The Red Lion are running a quiz night on Wednesday 18^th June to raise funds for us. FOWPS have booked two tables so if you would like to join us then please email the above address. Alternatively if you would like to enter your own team then please contact the Red Lion direct. Start time is 8.30 and costs £1.50 per person.

Dress Down/Jolly Jar – There will be an additional dress down day next Friday 20^th June. If your child wishes to take part they must bring in a jar filled with sweets, toys or other items suitable for the jolly jars stall at the Fair on the 28^th June. Please do not come to school in non-uniform without a filled jar. Thank you.
